You will be responsible for managing the process of obtaining grants and funding from foundations, grants, philanthropic organizations, and other charitable entities.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Administration of Educational Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Alongside our Training Content Creator, oversee the successful launch and growth of a set of rolling virtual training courses for Italian public school teachers&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>List the course catalog on the national platform and handle administration of participants and their fee payments<\/li>\n\n<li>Coordinate the team of internal colleagues virtually \u2018leading\u2019 the teacher training courses and ensure reputation enhancement<\/li>\n\n<li>Spread Insieme, our student workshop programme, to tens of thousands of students in Italy and beyond by managing and training our network of volunteer Educational Representatives who approach schools to share awareness of the free programme<\/li>\n\n<li>Strategise expanding Insieme into new territories and countries&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Monitor and evaluate the Insieme programme, collaborating with our teaching specialist to continually improve it<\/li>\n\n<li>Manage events and educational initiatives with our partners<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Partnerships Management &amp; Expansion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Manage and expand educational a partnerships network of educational stakeholders including ministry members, universities, researchers, International Schools and private organizations with aligned values<\/li>\n\n<li>Reach out to school leaders in Italy and San Marino to implement their own initiatives inspired by the aspects of the Still I Rise Model<\/li>\n\n<li>Lay the strategic groundwork and prepare recruitment for public teacher training programmes in our countries of operation with the ultimate goal to impact a million students over the next five years<\/li>\n\n<li>Facilitate two research projects about our International Schools to be conducted by external institutions<\/li>\n\n<li>Manage the inflow of contact from interested parties, discerning where there are valuable connections to be made<\/li>\n\n<li>Keep a thorough record of all partnerships and initiatives<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Skills &amp;&nbsp;Requirements<\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>A demonstrated desire to revolutionize antiquated public education systems<\/li>\n\n<li>A proactive and ambitious mentality to move fast and grow our projects and programs to become globally relevant<\/li>\n\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English<\/li>\n\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken Italian<\/li>\n\n<li>Project management experience in the education sector<\/li>\n\n<li>Experience managing and training colleagues<\/li>\n\n<li>A demonstrated ability to pursue multiple goals in a complex environment, developing processes and practices which will achieve those goals, and bringing others on board in the endeavor<\/li>\n\n<li>An ease with working both independently and as part of an international network of remote staff<\/li>\n\n<li>Excellent competence using Google Suite and presentational tools including Canva<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Experience in teacher training<\/li>\n\n<li>Experience in classroom teaching<\/li>\n\n<li>Experience working with vulnerable populations<\/li><\/ul><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the Grants and Foundations Manager, you will be part of Still I Rise\u2019s fundraising team.
